Each session entails a consultation with the Egg Practitioner, setting your intention for your Egg chamber session, which is 40 minutes
of music, light, and vibration followed by 10 minutes of integrative silence. Allow one and a half hours for your first session, which includes an in-depth consultation. Superieur Electrolytes are provided for consumption immediately after each session.
Improvements might be immediate, but most often, following a protocol of 3-10 sessions is necessary depending upon the health and
goals of the client. Multiple sessions should be at least 5-7 days apart for optimal integration.

Nepali Ayurvedic Massage

Nepali Ayurvedic Massage is dramatically different than the South-Indian / Kerala Ayurvedic tradition. Emphasizing circular strokes, pressure points, and intentional holds on the 7 lower chakras, it is a complex massage that calls for a longer duration to fully appreciate. Foot soak is included.
